International dimension
In accordance with Alma Mater International orientation and with its Strategic Plan, Departmental activities have pursued a higher level of international involvement along a range of different dimensions.
FILCOM actively promotes both the incoming mobility of Visiting scholar and the outgoing mobility for research periods abroad of the members of the Department.
For this purpose, a Call for Visiting is published every year aimed at hosting important international academics for a short or medium term. During their stay, the visiting scholar comes into contact with the department staff, collaborates on ongoing research projects and presents their research work in open departmental seminars.
